Reviewing the area statistics again on Redfin, the average home in Lawton Park specifically is being listed at $800K and is being purchased at an average of 106% of that! The more I consider the numbers, the more convinced I am that this could end up being a very smart decision in the long haul!

It was indeed an immense blessing not having to continually stage and have our house always ready for those impromptu visits from buyers and having us vacate the premises for the eventual open house. We know this may not be a common occurrence, but we truly believe you understood our property and our buyer's needs and requirements and you were able to put the two of us together for the sale of our home over 23 years.
Both of us especially appreciated how you stepped in to assist our buyer when he was not getting optimal support from his own agent. We had indeed wished that you could have received a greater portion of the commission as we believe the buyer's agent did nothing to actively assist or support her client. Thanks to Jodi Stull's expertise, advice, and tenacity our Sammamish, WA house sold relatively quickly. The house was put on the market mid-January on a Friday and we had 2 offers by Tuesday the following week one of which we accepted.
Jodi provided guidance on preparing the home for sale, staging; competitive pricing for the neighborhood, and craftsmen who could help with minor repairs after living in the home for 14 years. For staging, Jodi brought in a professional person to work with me on how best to show the house. For pricing she prepared 6 comparable listings that allowed me to select a price that would protect my equity but sell the house quickly. The list of craftsman included: handymen, plumbers, landscapers, painters and focal point for moving companies. I had multiple craftsmen to choose from and all selected did a affordable and excellent work.
